In serving you with faster consideration, here are some questions often asked by costumers:

• Is your product made from solid and kiln dried timber?
  
  Yes, our products are only made from solid teak and mahogany timber. We are also able to provide buyers with both kiln-dried and non-kiln dried timber upon buyer's request.
  
  
• What kind of finishing are available?
  
  We provide many kind of finishing. For teak, you could ask for teak oil finish or wax finish. For mahogany we did it in various color such as: brown, wash, distress, etc. (ex: red mahogany, honey mahogany, white wash, white distress, COG (cream olive gold), etc). You may as well ask other finishing you desire.
  
  
• Then how about the accessories, keys, and hinges?
  
  We use only solid brass hardware. No bends or snaps! You may ask for any model of accessories as you wish.
  
  
• How long is the production lead-time?
  
  After you place an order and both parties signed the sales contract or proforma invoice, we need at least 6 weeks for non kiln-dried product and 7 weeks for kiln-dried product. 1x20" container will be a minimum order.
  
  
• Can you accept exclusive design and custom model?
  
  Absolutely. We always honor our agreement with customers. If you ask for exclusive design we will not sell them to another customers. Just send us your design e-mail or fax, complete it with the measurement you prefer then we will carry on.
  
  
• How is the packing arrangement?
  
  Our normal standard for packaging is using corrugated carton wrapped, but we are welcome if you want to pack the good with carton box. This, of course need a little bit cost as a consequence.
  
  
• What is the payment term?
  
  We prefer an irrevocable letter of credit, but if you provide 40% down payment then it will be fine to transfer the balance payment against document. We will fax you the shipping document, and when we receive the balance payment, the original document will sent to you by courier.
